Hendrik Pieters has been a Director of KNZ since 2000.

Hendrik has been an orchardist for 40 years, and currently owns and operates 19 canopy hectares of both green and gold kiwifruit varieties, a contract kiwifruit harvesting company, a contract pollen milling company, and bee hives for his own kiwifruit pollination.

Hendrik is a Member of Institute of Directors, and a Kellogg Scholar. He was Inaugural President of NZKGI, a past Director and Chairman of Satara Co-op Group Ltd, and is a current Director of Eastpack Ltd.
