Neville was appointed as an independent director on 11 September 2017.
Neville is a consultant having worked in the Public Service for 39 years with prominent roles in the management and supervision of the regulatory framework for corporations, securities, insolvency, intellectual property rights and the crown mineral estate.
He was the Registrar of Companies from 1989-2013 and the Commissioner of Patents, Trade Marks and Plant Variety Rights from 1997-2013.
As Director of the government’s Rugby World Cup 2011 Office Neville also led the significant government investment and support for the event.
Neville is a member of the Independent Advisory Panel, Provincial Growth Fund and is also on the board of the Christchurch Stadium Trust and the Judicial Control Authority for Racing.
